EXCHANGE
To exchange an item for another, either by size / color the client has 15 days to do it. Send the item you want to change in the same box in which your order arrived. Attach the adhesive label with pre-printed address in your order and send it using the CTT company, paying shipping costs.
We will not be responsible for items that are returned without being by registered mail.
After sending the items together with an email explaining the reasons for the return directly to us, identify the invoice number of your purchase and the CTT registration number.
On reception we will analise the item, checking signs of use beyond simply opening the package (the item can not be untagged).
If entitled to a refund , it will be made by bank transfer, except for shipping costs.

RETURN OF DEFECTIVE ITEMS
The customer may return the defective item within 15 days after purchase. The item has to come with the label.
The item will be analised on arrivel and the customer informed if it is possible to replace or receive a refund.

RETURN ITEM IF YOU AR NOT SATISFIED
The customer is entitled to return the item within 15 days if you are not satisfied with the items on arrivel.
The item may not display signs of use , washing or without the original features. Must contain the label on the piece.
