ITEM AVAILABILITY

Any order of items is subject to availability of the same , and, in the absence or difficulty of supply , the customer is entitled to a refund of any amount paid.

CONDITIONS OF RETURN / EXCHANGES

To make an exchange or to return an item please read the Returns and Exchanges tab.

Whenever the customer makes an exchange or return, the item should be sent by registered mail up to the date established in the Exchanges and Returns tab.

All items  damaged  , or with signs of use , which do not arrive in the condition it was sent to the client shall not be entitled to a refund.

SHIPPMENT

When the customer comes to the order of an item will be sent an email with the delivery of the same.

In the case of an unforeseen situation arises and is exceeded the delivery period, the customer will have the right to choose between waiting for the delivery or cancellation of purchase, being reimbursed for the amount paid.

The Mrs Jay uses CTT as transport company.

Price of the items do not include shipping costs, which will be added at the end of the purchase. The customer can view the amount of shipping before making a buying decision, which is calculated as the total weight of the items.

PAYMENT METHODS

PAYPAL - Use your Paypal account for payment.

EASYPAY (ATM) - will be given an ATM reference for payment. Payment must be made ​​within 3 business days after the issuance of ATM references .

BANK TRANSFER - By opting for this form of payment, the client must send us the transfer receipt with the data of purchase (invoice number, customer name) . The Mrs Jay reserves the right not to send the items until it is possible to identify the bank transfer.
